Battery Replacement Program
At Solvix, we believe your smart bottle should last as long as you do.

When your battery eventually runs out of life, we offer a free one-time replacement under our inspection program.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Submit a Request: Contact our support team at support@solvix.co with your order number and proof of purchase.

  2. Ship It Back: We’ll send you a prepaid return label to ship your bottle to our inspection center.

  3. Quality Check: Our team will inspect the bottle to ensure it meets replacement conditions (no major dents, cracks, or internal damage).

  4. Receive Your New Bottle: If approved, we’ll send you a brand-new Solvix bottle at no charge — you only cover return shipping if outside the U.S.

Eligibility:

  • Applies only to original purchasers.

  • Bottle must be in good condition and verified as a genuine Solvix product.

  • One free replacement per bottle lifetime.
